Because no date of birth is collected during sign-up, nothing about a player's age is verified when opening an account.

Section 3 of the operator's terms sets an 18+ age minimum. However, in most Canadian provinces (including Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick), the legal gambling age is 19. Only Alberta, Manitoba, and Québec permit gambling at 18.
