How you get in, and what secures it
The casino supports credential-based sign-in and Google OAuth, with optional TOTP two-factor authentication.
Username & Credentials: Account login uses either your registered email or fixed username. The username is permanent and cannot be modified after registration.
Password Recovery: Password reset runs off the email link, and live chat can trigger it 24/7 if the email never lands.
Two-Factor Authentication: Software TOTP (authenticator apps) can be activated in account settings. SMS 2FA is not offered (phone numbers in profiles are not login factors), and browser passkeys / biometrics are not supported. jack.com

Dormancy Threshold: An account with no login or logout activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant.
Monthly Inactivity Fee: Dormant accounts are charged a maintenance fee of €10 per month. This fee is automatically deducted from the remaining positive balance each month until the balance drops to zero or the player logs in to reactivate the account.
