Payments & withdrawals · verified 28 July 2026
Pay in however you like. Get paid only in crypto.
This is the single most important thing to understand before funding an account from Canada: the deposit side is broad and fiat-friendly, the payout side is one rail wide. And Interac — the way Canadians actually move money — is not named anywhere on the operator's site.

The Canadian route
Getting CAD in without Interac at the casino
Because the operator never names Interac, Canadians take the two-step path. It adds a hop, and it changes who holds your money at each stage — worth understanding before, not after.
- 01
Move CAD out of your bank with Interac e-Transfer
The casino never accepts Interac directly, so the transfer goes to a Canadian exchange account in your own name — third-party payments are forbidden by the terms.
- 02
Buy the coin the casino lists
BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE and XMR are all in the operator's accepted list. Stablecoins spare you the price swing while you play.
- 03
Withdraw the coin to your Jackbit deposit address
Copy the address from the cashier and match the network exactly. Support has confirmed publicly that coins arriving on an unsupported chain are gone for good.
- 04
Wait 5–15 minutes for the credit
Player reports across the Trustpilot sample put crypto crediting in that band; the operator's own wording is “within a few minutes”.
- 05
Cash out to the same wallet
Payouts are crypto-only and must go to a wallet in your own name. A card deposit does not create a card payout route.
| Stage | Cost | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| CAD out of your bank — Interac e-Transfer | Free | Shakepay: funds in minutes, min $5, max $10,000 per transfer Shakepay fees |
| CAD → crypto — Exchange spread | Undisclosed | Shakepay is commission-free and prices in a spread it does not publish; NDAX charges a flat 0.20% trade fee instead NDAX fees |
| Crypto → casino — Network fee | $0 – coin fee | Shakepay sends on-chain free; NDAX charges a flat per-coin fee (1 USDT / 0.00039 BTC) NDAX fees |
| Casino credit — Blockchain confirmations | 5–15 min | player-reported crediting time; the operator says “within a few minutes” Trustpilot |
| Casino → you — Crypto only | No fiat route | payouts must go to a wallet in your own name, then back through the exchange to CAD jack.com |
Once the coins are in your wallet
The deposit itself takes about a minute
New players, $50 min deposit, code WELCOME, spins on Hot Chilli Bells, max win $100. 19+.
Screenshot Note what is missing: neither Shakepay nor Newton publishes its spread, so the true CAD→crypto cost is not a number anyone can quote honestly. NDAX is the exception, charging a flat 0.20% trade fee you can read on the page. Any review that gives you a tidy “1.2% total” invented it.
Costs and conditions
What the cashier does not put on a page
Four of the numbers a payments page normally leads with are simply not published here. We would rather mark them missing than reprint a figure from an affiliate site: every per-coin minimum, the on-ramp provider names, the deposit ceilings and the exact processing fee live behind the login.
Deposit funds need one turnover before withdrawal. But if you cash out having bet less than three times your deposit, the terms let the operator charge you the processing costs of both the deposit and the withdrawal — the amount is never stated.
There is no written recovery policy. In a public reply the operator states that funds sent over an unsupported network never reach their system and cannot be returned.
Third-party payments are prohibited, and a wallet shared between accounts triggers closure plus a 20% fee on un-wagered deposits.

Admin Cashdesk force Withdraw
Outside this one complaint I never had issues with Jackbit. I got taken 1600 USD from my 2200 USD winnings using my monthly bonus, which was 41 USD.

I actually like jack casino ive won big
I've won big and had no problems getting it out, but since the change from Jackbit to Jack the win rates have definitely gone down, and I deposit and play a lot.

Reply from Jack
The transition from Jackbit to Jack did not affect game RTPs or payout mechanics. All cash bonuses are subject to a default maximum withdrawal limit of 10x the bonus amount.

Stiffing customers - WATCH OUT!
Jackbit banned my account for allegedly participating in collusion with other players. They seized my balance and pending bets worth an estimated 30 thousand dollars. Their basis was blockchain analysis linking my account to another.

Meh.
An average casino. Deposit didn't arrive fast enough — about 5–8 minutes after my crypto left my wallet. On most other crypto casinos the funds are there instantly.

Straight answers
Can I deposit to Jackbit with Interac e-Transfer?
Not according to anything the operator publishes. Interac, iDebit and Instadebit appear nowhere on jack.com — not in the payment section of the terms, not in the homepage method list, not in the FAQ. The workable Canadian route is Interac into an exchange, then crypto into the casino.T&C
Can I withdraw to my Canadian bank account or card?
No. The operator's own copy says the 24 bank methods are deposit-only and that withdrawals must be taken in cryptocurrency. Plan the exit before the entry: if you deposit by card you still need a wallet to get paid.jack.com
Is CAD supported, or is everything in USD?
CAD is in the accepted-currency list in the terms, but every published promo figure, cap and limit is quoted in USD, and the terms note that amounts can shift slightly through exchange-rate conversion. Any CAD figure on this page is our conversion.T&C
What are the minimum and maximum deposits?
The only published minimum is the $50 USD needed to qualify for the welcome spins. Per-method and per-coin minimums and maximums exist only inside the logged-in cashier, so we do not publish numbers for them.T&C
Are there deposit fees?
The casino charges nothing on the way in. Two costs are still yours: the blockchain network fee, and — if you request a withdrawal having wagered less than three times your deposit — the transaction processing costs the terms allow them to pass on.T&C
My deposit never arrived. What now?
Contact live chat or payments@jack.com with your username, the coin, the sending and receiving addresses and the transaction hash. Public replies show provider checks taking anywhere from a few hours to three business days.FAQ
