We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders. If a copyright owner or authorized representative believes that material hosted on jackbitca.com exceeds fair dealing boundaries or infringes upon a copyright, we will promptly evaluate and act upon valid takedown notices.
- Original editorial work: Original written analysis, evaluations, comparisons, and structural website code created by our editorial team.
- Operator evidence screenshots: Static capture images of publicly accessible web pages on jack.com, recorded on specific dates as immutable documentary evidence of published terms, bonus rules, and cashier options.
- Game tile artwork: Static game thumbnails and brand logos retrieved directly from the operator's public casino lobby API endpoints for identification and cataloging purposes.
2 Requirements for a Valid Copyright Takedown Notice §
To ensure prompt processing under standard notice-and-takedown procedures, a copyright infringement notification sent to jackbitca.com must be in writing and contain the following six elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered in a single notice).
- Identification of the material to be removed: The exact URL(s) on jackbitca.com where the allegedly infringing material is displayed, allowing us to locate the asset precisely.
- Contact details of the complaining party: Full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and direct email address.

4 Response Commitment and Timeline §
Upon receipt of a written takedown notification, jackbitca.com adheres to the following operational timeline:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of the notification by email within 2 business days.
- Review & Action: If the notice contains all required statutory elements and establishes a valid claim, we will remove or disable access to the identified material within 5 business days while completing our review.
- Notice of Removal: We will notify the complaining party once the material has been removed or access has been disabled.
5 Counter-Notification Procedure §
If material you submitted or provided was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice, and you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to corrections@jackbitca.com.
A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake, consent to court jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada, and your physical or electronic signature.
6 Repeat Infringer Policy §
jackbitca.com maintains a strict policy regarding intellectual property compliance. We reserve the right to restrict access, block contributions, or terminate relationships with any contributor, partner, or content provider determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright.
